Only one in household can earn points?

Hello,

My husband and I have joint AARP membership. Back when the points were worth something, we both would earn points each day and enjoyed the larger gift cards we earned. Recently, we have found that if one of us maxes out on points for the day the other cannot earn any points - the other of us will get the message "Sorry, you've already earned points for this or have maxed out."

What gives?

Both of you can earn points separately as you both will have your own log in to AARP.org.  You need to be sure you are logging out of each account.  Sometimes your browser will save the cookie and think you have taken the activity.  If this occurs you can clear your cache and then you will be okay to move forward!

This just happens for the videos, the calculators and quizzes will still give points.  To get the videos to give points just close the browser and reopen it.

@BlaneH710242  This may help you.  Try logging out, clear your cache (including cookies and login info).  Then each of you log in using a different browser.  (Chrome, Opera, Firefox, etc.)
