How do I get the redeem rewards to smartphone active?

When I go to redeem reward points the only option that is available is to send to a printer...which I don't have.  How do I get the option to redeem the "coupon" to a smartphone?  It is grayed out.

    @m1rt9b2011 You can choose the print option and then save it as a pdf.  Additionally, if you click to open the document in a browser you will also see the option to Save to your Wallet!
