I purchased a gift card on 10/13 but lost the e-mail

II purchased a carnival cruise gift card on 10/13 but I think I deleted the e-mail how can I redeem it inow?

I have been able to use chat and then provided them with the date that I purchased the rewards gift card- they were able to resend.  It would be worth a try
