need additional types of payments on aarp rewards

When will other payments be added for purchases on AARP? is it only paypal? what if the paypal account cannot be used do I have to force myself to use paypal? while not everyone uses Apple. I can't buy anything in this latest AARP Rewards program because due to the limited availability of payment types. really disappointing.

AARP Rewards Beta is only accepting PayPal and ApplyPay for purchases at this time. Additional payment methods will be available soon. Stay tuned! Note that you can link a debit or credit card to PayPal and Apple Pay accounts.
