My migraines started at 6 or 7 years old. Any big stress day was a migraine day i.e.: marriage, divorce. First my eyes would be out of focus, and I would notice a halo. I would have to go to a dark room, and/or eat some hot tomato soup and/or sleep...

Good for you reaching out! A First Step! It's kind of like on the Air Plane... put your own oxygen mask on first! Then attend to family and others. Instinctively you know you have to keep well enough to keep your job.. ie Survive! Your Mother ca...
