This must be a specific state thing because it isn't true in PA. My parents both had pre-planned cremations and I signed nothing when I went to schedule the graveside service except for the burial insurance. I also have a funeral contract to be crema...

I also want to stop getting the paper copies of the AARP Magazine and Bulletin. I called the other day and was told it was taken care of, but the only confirmation was that I was unsubscribed to promotional emails. I'm not sure the person I spoke to ...

Like @fffred, I log in with my VPN on and never have any problems. One issue I have found with many sites is that  am blocked if I appear to be coming in from foreign sites. You might want to check your VPN setting to see what country you are being r...

Soy is good for you, but there are also other proteins. If you are looking for meat like texture, seitan, a wheat based high protein food (gluten warning), is very good. It requires only a couple minutes to heat through and easily takes on the flavor...
