Same issue, plus the cardboard membership card. From mail that used to be accepted, now bounced from a "do-not-reply" mail address. Taken a while to respond. I received my “permanent” card. A piece of cheap cardboard. Works well in a very high humidi...

Received my new multi-year membership card. Made of cardboard.What happened to plastic, like have been receiving for years?Certainly expense of product can't be an issue - if so, raise the membership fee by a dollar a year. I live in a high humidity ...
