I have not been getting points for my 5000, 10,000 steps per day. Is anyone else having the same issue? I tried to go to the sync my Fitbit, but the page goes nowhere...... Any suggestions?

Thank you, Marylin! I know it doesn't help solve the problem, but I am glad you told me it is not just me. I wonder if anyone on the tech ends reads these posts and tries to fix problems. I have officially joined the party, which seems to be going on...

I like to look at my transaction history to see my progress and make sure my points are being added and subtracted.At least 99% of the time, or even more, when I click on the link for Transaction History I do not get anything but a message saying th...

Did you call AARP and talk to a person? It has been a while since I did. I called about points not being rewarded. She was able to see my account and the points were rewarded.
