At 76 I'm sure there's some wear and tear on my neck, shoulder and shoulder blade area but when I walk outside in cooler air (like below 50° f ) that area tightens up to the point of a deep ache.... I don't get this when exercising in the house .Is t...

I've heard of white coat syndrome. I use an Omron BP786 at home and get consistent readings of about 110/64 with pulse around 65. Typically in the doctor's office it will be 150/80. I'm on 12.5mg of hydrochlorothiazide HCT per day.Once in the pas...

Does not take Medicare. The "private pay" rate is lower than many standard rates I see out there. I would not consider this medically necessary.
