Neither card was either available or valid at the time of their paperless billing. That's why we were charged.

We have been charged a $10 non-payment/late fee by Comcast despite activating the card and notifying Comcast of the card change on September 20, at 0635 CDT. Reminds me of the "Affordable" Care Act rollout.
