I have a heart to protect and empower the elderly against fraud and scams. And knowledge is that power.
Area of knowledge and what I know well:
I am a twice retired air traffic controller. I listened to AARP The Perfect Scam podcast on my way to work every day. I have heard all 250 episodes. I have also steeped myself in the fabulous Scamfluencers podcast. I have been a Clark Howard devotee since 1991, always implementing in my life what this unrivaled consumer advocate advised that passed the smell test. He's not perfect, and neither am I. Please don't tell him I said that.
Certificates/Awards
College is free at my age in Georgia. I am a Sophomore. College is hard so I audit. Hats off to those that earn a degree. The only way I'm earning one is Honorary.
