Started with 5220 points, I did 4 Trivia Games / now I have $1,335 points???

Today I completed 4 trivia games earning a minimum of 4,000 or more points each---and now my AARP Rewards decreased to 1,335 points.  How did that happen?and no...... none of the previous points expired.
