Am I the only daughter taking care of her Dad?

My Dad is 91, he is still living in his own home.  He is only a few miles from me.  I am an only child.  My Mom died 13 years ago.  So Dads care is all on me.  At 91 he is tired, grumpy, he has no filter.  He is diabetic, had triple bypass many years...
