This happened to me last week.  When the "Goggle" message came up, I deleted it and shut my computer down & when I waited a few minutes & signed back in everything seemed to be back to normal.  So far no more problems.

I had 5 calls from the same number just like this (foreign accent, warning me about legal consequences if I don't call back).  These were 2/22/20 through 2/24/20.
