If the poop is bagged, and the bag is tied shut, and my trash can hasn't been emptied yet (we have an automated trash pickup system, where the truck picks up the can and empties it) than there's no problem. But I don't like it when the poop isn't bag...

There were news reports last fall of an investigation into possible financial connections between a server used by the Trump business (the server was physically in PA) and a Russian bank. As I recall, it was determined to be normal "pinging" activity...
