1) send the Federal government it's due2) give 10% away to charities immediately3) put the rest into my planning software and see where I am. Do not pre-spend it in my mind!

The area around Richland / Kennewick / Pasco Washington is reasonably expensive, in the Columbia Basin wine country, it's a nice quiet safe place. But it's a "cold desert" climate, dry and shrub / steppe vegetation, very different from Puget Sound. I...
