My wife and I have used a process that when we buy something like a car, land, other expensive item we shop and then wait 24 hours until we buy, this has saved a lot of impulse buys that we would have regretted.

I love both, so I live in the Seattle Area, by the ocean and many sets of mountains.

Your friend needs to be encourage to work with his Doctor, a doctor especially for diabetes.  They need to make sure the doctor is working with them, they can have your friend go to a workshop with a diabetics expertert to learn to live a good life w...
