Tell us about yourself:
I have been in the alternative health care profession for over 30 years. It all started when as a child I was always sick with one illness or another. One day I threw up my arms to the sky and yelled, "That's it, I've had enough." And that was the day I found books on healing oneself. I am now 76 and still look the same as my Avatar photo taken 20 years ago..
Area of knowledge and what I know well:
herbalist, homeopathic and wellness counselor. Knowledge of Eastern hands on healing techniques. Such as: Reiki, Shiatsu and breathing.

I am proud to say my knowledge has helped many people lead better lives. Healing starts from within. Happy body, mind and spirit can make one look ageless. When one goes within, one is never without. Love is the driving force of the soul, Intention is a map for the mind, A sense of humor makes great sense. These are a few of my Taraisms found within my book, Universe on the Move. Be all you can be.
I work conferences, expos and fairs that deal with health. And phone can also help via phone.
