I need to find a method to go to bed at night & getting up in the morning at a decent time! All my life I woke up at 6AM & prepared for my day at work, but just retired a couple weeks ago & I am having a hard time doing either! Any suggestions are appreciated!

Well, I'd like to say that I want to exercise more, but I don't want to lie! However, I do want to start walking with my daughters! With work and school, this would give us a chance to spend some time together, and a healthy activity!

I have a very bad habit I need to get rid of. When I see something I'd like to do I always think I am to old. I thought that about a job I wanted recently and applied for one a step under it. I got the job and started watching the people doing the other job and realized I could do the higher paying job as good if not better than a lot off the younger people I work with. I really need to try things instead of letting my age stop me.

I would love to sit down  in the middle of the day to read a book and not feel guilty about it. I'm constantly thinking about what I should be doing instead and I can't enjoy myself.  When I do go to bed at night and try to read, I make it through a couple of chapters before I fall asleep.  I have "me" time for many things, but reading isn't one of them.

I would like to continue all the healthy things I already do from an exercise and eating healthy perspective. The thing I would like to change is my solitary nature - I would like to seek out more friendships with women as that would benefit me by making me more social as I continue on the aging path.

I would like to develop the habits of meditation and limiting my social media and email screen time to one or two hours per day. I believe meditation can improve and maintain my physical, emotional, and mental well-being, as can minimizing the time spent on the internet.
