Now that I'm retired (only working two days a week) I would like to begin a clothing line for women 60+ to include formal, casual and sleepwear to compliment our various shapes and sizes.

I went back to work and haven't found the time to keep up my previously good fitness regimen. I would like to take a few minutes each work morning to exercise. I am sure it would give me more energy.

Thank you!  YES, I Love my "age" now and going forward loving "Me!"  I would love to break the habit of "procrastination" there is always something else that seems to need a little more attention.  I'm going through processing "what actually matters."  Then eliminating what actually doesn't.  Getting rid of "procrastination," YES I AM!!!

I once worked for a group of nuns.  One day I walked down the hall of the convent, and saw one of the nuns lying lying on her back on the floor with her legs stretched over her head.  She was 90 years old.

 

I would like to be that flexible when I am 90 both physically, intellectually, mentally and spiritually.  I would like to develop a holistic practice that will enable me to grow this flexible in all of the mentioned areas above.
