My husband and I are committing to cutting out all processed and refined sugars and replacing them with raw honey and stevia. This takes time, planning and creativity but we are finding that we feel much better when we stick to it!

I would like to adopt the healthy habit of daily walking.  Difficult as I have bad knees, but good for me and good for my dogs!

I'm sort of a nature lover.  I love the mountains, ocean, wilderness, groves of trees and a fine mist of rain on a warm day.  I'm 71 and it's getting difficult to walk any type of distances at all.  I really need to stop procastinating with my lower back problems and get it fixed so I cand walk good and not just dream about it.
