I want to start walking daily to improve my vitality and strength. I hope to develop a program that my dogs can join me on my journies.

I would like to keep to a better sleep schedule: lights out earlier, get my eight hours and get up earlier.

I would like to cut back on the time I spent playing spider solitaire on the computer!

I continue to work for fear of the unknown of retirement.  Perhaps,  starting a routime now with an early 2 mile walk, making more hours at home to enjoy a good book and most important (I am single) to spend quality time with my family, grandkids and great grand daughter twins recently born.  Making healthier food choices because I have realized that your body does change with age.

I would love to get back to exercising daily. Since I've developed RA it has been tougher to workout.

I would like to adopt a POSITIVE attitude towards getting OLD. I see nothing Great about in losing your ability to do the things you use to do when we were younger. Like your eye sight changing, body parts losing their normal function and giving up the freedom of independence😟

I agree! I think walking is something that I can do on my own without having to join a gym! It can be done at any time of the day independantly. My bonus is that I have 2 dogs that would love to walk with me.
