I'd like to develop better weight training and/or resistance training habits, however, it would need to be aimed at the 70+ crowd.  I walk quite a bit but need to do something about building and maintaining muscle mass.

My new habit would be to start each day with a walking routine, using my treadmill or walking outside or walking at the local YMCA (a few blocks away). An extension of that habit would be to include a walking buddy!

I would like to be more proactive and walk at least 3-4 days a week, staying on task!  So difficult for me!  Ugh 😑

I've already cut gluten out of my diet, so now I'd like to cut back more of the sugars and carbs and get into a regular exercise routine.

I want to kick my smoking habit. That is the worst to do!

One habit I'd like to get rid of is responding to AARP emails so I can enter these contests. The AARP website is one of the most convoluted, poorly designed and mismanaged I have ever dealt with. It's a constant source of frustration, and I could cut down on a lot of stress if I just ignored it. :-)

Sorry, but it's the truth.

Would love to not have to read so many junk emails every day!

I would love to start taking care of myself by exercising again, getting a massage, reading, etc..  My partner has suffered some disability recently so much of my time has become focused on getting him home and well and taken care of.  I know that if I don't cut out some time for me too, I won't be doing either of us any good.

I would like to get outside to walk on the rail trail more often.
