The Pocket Wife by Susan Crawford was a good one I listened to on Audible recently. Also The Late Show by Michael Connelly was great. I just finished The Orphan Train by Christine Baker Cline. A wonderful story which I did not want to end.

I suggest you narrow your query a tad. What is carefree, take me away (romance?) is utterly unreadable to another. Tell us your interests. What have you read and enjoyed?
