My Settings Guidelines

Hi, I am 60 and have yet to make out a will because I have no family or friends to witness it, or be my power of attorney. How do I go about handling my affairs? What are my options?

I will hopefully have investment money leftover, which is allocated to charities which is done through my financial advisor.

k903270m...you should consult with an attorney who can offer advice regarding wills, power of attorney and living trusts. I am also getting ready to appoint a trustee but I want to understand the process completely before I sign on the dotted line.
