Do you own an eating or drinking establishment? SBA just launched the The American Rescue Plan Act established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to provide funding to help restaurants and other eligible businesses keep their doors open. The program launches May 3rd. For the first 21 days, women, veterans and economically and socially disadvantaged will get first priority for application review. This program will provide restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11, 2023.
Here in Atlanta, restaurants and bars have really picked up in business. To the point that fulltime staffing is being squeezed. These entrepreneurs are having to lure in the best full time staff by raising pay and offering benefits. So if someone has the experience / credentials for one of these fulltime position - might be time to do some looking around.
