Greetings to you and all who are going through your job search or know of others who are....

I hope you all are having a pleasant day. I'd like to share some of my personal tips to help contribute to your job search success...in my humble professional opinion. See below a few. By the way, I'm sure for many of you, these tips are reminders since I'm probably "preaching to the choir" here.

Who do you think gets hired in general? The candidate(s) the hiring team feels the best about. Help the hiring team feel the best about you by keeping in mind some of these reasons….….

VERY IMPORTANT: 

• Read ALL directions AND instructions
• Follow ALL directions AND instructions
• Be early to scheduled appointments/interviews AND Work
• Prior to the day of----conduct a “test run” of location of appointments/interviews to ensure you know what to expect via parking, etc.
• Dress professionally
• Smile, be happy
• Reminder:  If you feel good about you and what you’re doing, you look good (your confidence/happiness of yourself/your efforts will emerge via your body language/facial expressions/voice, demeanor, etc.) and you will do good which in return, which contributes to you receiving more of the good/desired results.
