@j49316c Sounds like you would be a great candidate for iRelaunch.https://www.irelaunch.com/

They specialize in people returning to work after a break (often moms caring for their kids). I had the pleasure of meeting their CEO Carol Fishman Cohen and she grew the firm based on her experience trying to get back into the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom.

@Lil02359 Unfortunately, I don't know much about that field. You might want to start with some searches on LinkedIn to see if you can find someone you'd want to connect to. You also might want to try Glassdoor since they have profiles of companies which could provide you with some good information.

@JGiffordMA Before you spend money on a job coach, you might want to tap into your network to see who you know who is working in the field you are interested in. See if you can meet for coffee and pick their brain about what they are seeing in the field and whether your experience would be a good fit.

@b745718k sounds like you would need to go back to school to become a paralegal. If that's the case, I would discuss your options with the career center at the school. I suggest seeking out a community college to get additional information.

I would love a part time gig reading manuscripts but I don't know where to begin. Anyone have any ideas?
