Information on working from home

Hi, everyone

My name is Ronald and I am looking for a work at home job.  I have looked online and they seem to be mostly scams and dead ends.  I have been out of the regular work force for about a year and I need to return.  I have CMT and my son who has Spina Bifida.  He does not need my help as much so it is time to get back to the work force.  I am currently going back to school for Medical Billing and Coding, but it is taking a while to get done.  Any help to guide me in the right direction would be nice.

Once you complete the course, you might try medical transcription.  I am not sure how to go about getting work, but I hear the pay is not bad, it appears to be the doctors that you are reporting to that can be demanding.
