I am having a career change and trying to get into HR. I have my degree in business/Hr and having a hard time finding a job in my career change. please advise on what I can do.

Tell them how well you are with a computer. This way they can really count on you to do the stuff they need you to do. Tell them your abilities, such as how fast you can type. Tell them you know how to use a cell phone. By letting them know how well you are with the Internet and much more modern stuff, they will feel "lured" and feel that they are stuck with no choice but to hire you.

Seniors are just antique people rich with history.
