How about building an over-50 restaurant and operating it

Anybody have ever thought of running a restaurant and have it staffed entirely with senior citizens?  We know Starbucks pulled that off in Mexico City!  The music they play in the background is the old Swing, Big Band, or classical.  Kirkwood, Missouri could use some.  The City of Kirkwood has council meetings every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.

@PatrickR720159 While it would be nice to have more senior-friendly places, as a practical business model, I'm not sure how sustainable that would be. But if you get one started in Kirkwood, do post about it here. It's possible I might visit there again someday, having grown up in an adjacent suburb.

Also now located at 121 N. Kirkwood Road is a good place to open an over-50 restaurant.  Email mayor Tim Griffin about the rules of operating a restaurant in Kirkwood.
