Hospitals buys floor tech equipment to make it easier for people our age to operate

Anyone wanting to scrub floors at Mercy with the I-mop, what that machine is really an upscale version of the old Sears floor machine.  Many of us may remember when Sears made the Kenmore floor polisher/buffer/shampooer.  The difference may be on the I-mop is the location of the starter switch.  But overall, the machine runs just like how the ones we had operate.  Another thing this new machine has is a squeegee with a vacuum hose attached to it.  It is so light weight, you can even haul it in the trunk of your car.

Riding scrubbers and riding buffers are good since not only are you scrubbing the floor but also you even get a ride as you go about your work.  The cockpit area is just like you see on the garden tractor.  All you do, is just like you are about to hop on the tractor to mow the lawn. You just hop on with the key, fire up the ignition and you are ready to clean the floor.  For those who may remember the riding floor sweeper in a Cat-in-the-Hat cartoons and storybooks, well Tennant makes those as well.

Seniors are just antique people rich with history.
