Hospitals are good for hiring seniors

I as a worker at Mercy have noticed that we really don't age discriminate.  We only look for what kind of talent the applicant has and that's all.  But sometimes when it comes for finding a person that has the talent that is needed, they have to post it on the web.  For laundry, the washing machines are front loaders.  Only time when getting on the floor is required is when it comes to emptying the lint trap from the dryer.  For cleaning the floors, that requires dust mopping, damp mopping and buffing.  For scrubbing, we now have riding scrubbers.  The riding scrubber is almost riding a garden tractor to mow the lawn.  Scrubbing the floor with a riding scrubber is a mix of mowing the lawn and driving a car.  The Mercy Hospital EVS department is always short.  When I was watching the NASA space videos, I saw veteran astronaut Patrick Forrester.

Seniors are just antique people rich with history.
