Carwash stations work like a charm when things work like they should. But just about anything could go wrong. Such as tar from someone's tires getting caught in the roller system. In some states, they do have older people working at carwashes. Older workers can be on site emptying the vacuum cleaners' dirt collectors. Some could be on site cleaning the debris out of the spray nozzles that are designed to help spray the detergent onto the cars or chassis cleaner. One rule that also needs to be tossed out with the trash that I think that promotes age discrimination is that EVERY applicant has to have a valid driver's license. And there are some times when traffic at the carwash may be light. Here is the link to their job page:
