By Kenneth Terrell, AARP. Published May 22, 2025.
Landing a job and managing a career can be tricky at any age, but older workers face higher stakes. The need to balance retirement goals and caregiving responsibilities while also dealing with age discrimination can suddenly make a job searchโsomething theyโve done many times beforeโmuch harder.
To help older workers find jobs and build careers that let them work as long as they need or want, AARP and Indeedโฏare collaborating to offer experienced workers a suite of resources and tools to jump-start their job search and stay competitive in the job market.

Personally I "network" to find out who is hiring. Nothing like knowing an employee of a company hiring.
Keep in mind that while "online" is convenient, ALOT of scams also exist.
