I work for Amazon in the transportation dept. For the past 3 years, my main job has been to drive a hostler truck, moving trailers to and from dock doors. Recently I was pulled off the truck because I am only able to step off the truck facing forward rather than exiting backwards as a new policy states. Now I have to go thru an accommodation process. I have been to a doctor, the company insurance denied a mri (back of knee pain) so start pt soon. Guess I'm not sure of my rights or where to turn.
