AARP Jobs Board - Listings by non-Employer Pledge Companies

Hey everyone!

I just registered for the AARP Jobs Board and I have a few questions. I apologize in advance if I am asking questions about the obvious, but I don't see any information on how the AARP Jobs Board portal works. Also, I'm going to ask them in individual posts, rather than in one long post. I think they will be easier to manage and also easier for other people with the same question to find.

Question:

There are jobs listings by companies other than those who have signed onto the AARP Employer Pledge Program. Have those companies specifically submitted jobs to the AARP Jobs Board, or is AARP scraping/importing those opening from other sources? I guess I'm wondering if these companies are committed to an age-diverse workforce even though they have not signed onto the pledge...
