Hi,
I have a question about how the Applied Jobs feature works on the AARP Jobs Board portal. (To access that part of the portal you select Search > Applied Jobs.)
In trying to figure out how this feature works, on a couple of job posts I have clicked "Apply Now" and after a couple of more clicks I'm directed to the hiring company's website to apply.
I'm wondering what job applications are tracked in the portal and how they are tracked, since applicants seem to be directed out of the AARP jobs portal to apply for jobs?
