Wasn't there an "Ellis Island" miniseries some years ago? Don't recall exactly when (late '80's is  my best guess), but it wasn't bad.

There have already been documentaries about it, and a Lifetime movie, "The Cleveland Abduction".

I would like to see the real life adventure of that horrible Cleveland, OH kidnapper who kept three girls captive for years. Then when he got caught, he killed himself in jail.

My own play -- as a program -- Broadway style musical on the "life and times" of Stephen C. Foster,

Americana 1826 to 1864.  Entertaining, and very factual, with music of the era.  Long: three acts, three hours.  Have had it 25 years, can't get anyone to pay attention to it, or help.

Nancy E. Turenr's trilogy about the early days in Arizona. I thinK they would attract many viewers for weeks. An Arizona tale to even surpass Laura Ingall's books.

I would also like to see an immigrant coming to America series. The book La Immigrata is a wonderful book of an Italian immigrant coming to Utah to make a new life in the American west.
