Petition for Metro to create the South County Connector: Please sign the petition

Many of us remember Grant's farm when we were little kids.  The namesake trail used to be a branch line that was once owned by Missouri Pacific and taken over by the Union Pacific.  The trail follows the route of the abandoned track.  The number 7 South County Connector starts out at the VFW Post 2184 in Oakville.  It mainly runs Lemay Ferry Road up to South County shopping centers.  The line would be useful for friends of veterans that once used to call Oakville their home.  The line does have a side trip to Schnucks on Butler Hill Road right at I-55.  It also helps increase service for Grasso Plaza.  We know that Grasso Plaza sees a boatload of those over the age of 50.  Signing the petition is like us telling Metro that we could use another bus in Affton.  Now if I can get at least 91 more signatures on this or even more, it might convince Metro to put the route together this making Affton being served by MetroBus routes 7, 17, 21, and 46.  MetroBus route 21 is the Watson Road bus, number 17 is now the Mackenzie bus, and the 46 is the Watson Road bus.  The South County Connector would even be a direct link between South St. Louis County and the city of Kirkwood.  So if we want those over the age of 50 to have the same rights to get out, tour, and be able to volunteer, lets sign this petition.  Metro predicts that not much people would ride it and thinks it would be a waste of public money.  If we get the right amount of signatures, we the signers can show those planners a thing or two.
