Since your SSDI has already been approved and you're already collecting your benefits, call (800) 772-1213 to apply for your spouse to collect up to 50% of your current benefit amount.

Social Security.gov: DISABILITY BENEFITS: FAMILY BENEFITS

This page on the Social Security website should answer your questions.

However, since she is only 62 - the early retirement is applicable to her benefit, regardless of whether it is her own OR a spousal benefit.  So her spousal benefit is also reduced by the number of months to her full retirement.  She will be awarded the greater of the the (2) benefits to which she is eligible.

Sounds like it might be close but her own (early retirement) benefit may still be higher.
