I am not retiring but turning 70 which online form do I use to collect my Social Security?

The easiest way is to apply on-line (internet) at their website. I went through this recently, about 5 weeks ago and that is what I did (like you, I am also claiming at 70). I found the page to apply on-line, after a few steps it kicked me into my existing "My Social Security" account. If you don't have one you will be setting one up to make the application on-line.
