Received only 68$ of SSI

Hello, my girlfriend received today 28th of March only 68$ of SSI. What could be the reason for that? She has no place to stay and she is about to become homeless. Our distance is long distance relationship so she cannot stay with me. She has no job and has no place to stay and got kicked of her fathers house.  Please help
