Going back to work full time, before full retirement age

My wife started taking SS benefits at 62 and worked part time, earning less than the maximum allowed. Now 14 months later, she wants to go back to work full time earning far more than the maximum allowed, can she request to have her benefit payments suspended until she stop working again? If so, how would she do that.

Part or all of her social security payment will be withheld.  However, that money is not "lost."  When money is withheld from your Social Security checks, your benefit will be recalculated when you turn your full retirement age to give you credit for the withheld payments and your continued earnings.

She can only SUSPEND benefits if she was Full Retirement Age but not yet 70 years old when she started them.  So that's Out!

For a Benefits WITHDRAWAL, she could have done that but it had to have been done within 12 months of getting benefits and she would have had to repay back all the benefits.  So that's out too
