wow helpful. Reading comprehension problem?

 

The selling vendor didn't activate the card... this was confirmed with Landry's. This has nothing to do with Landry's or taking personal responsibility. 

 

I'm looking for a way to get a hold of the reward vendor for this prior program to get it fixed - where the responsibility lies.

Landry's Gift Card not activated

I purchased a gift card through AARP rewards and it wasn't activated before it was sent to me. I tried to use it when I recently went on vacation and it has no value. The restaurant called the number and they said the selling vendor didn't activate the card and add the actual funds to it. It looks like I've deleted my email confirmation for the original order, how do I contact the vendor to have them either refund or activate the card?

This was purchased under the new program on October 17th but didn't require points so I don't know how to find it in my history either.
