Thanks Diane.  I love those two and I'm bummed that I didn't get tickets for their concert.  I have several CD's by Susan and one by Derek and I will definitely be getting their new one with them together. 

I'm sure we'll have a wonderful time on vacation and I'm looking forward to finally meeting Lenny.  Leaving the day after tomorrow.  Can't wait.  Having lunch with some of the ladies from AARP on Tuesday.  It will be great to see them again.

We sure did Diane.  I was going to get tickets for the Tedeschi Trucks Band (Susan Tedeschi & Derek Trucks) but my presale notice said on sale at noon Wed. and there was some kind of mixup and they actually went on sale at 10 a.m. and by the time I went online to get mine the seats were too far back for the amount of money they were asking so we won't be going to that one.  Looking forward to vacation next week and going out for some live music with Lenny.  Should be fun.  I'll report back later.

Hi Glenda,

Savoy Brown was awesome!  We got there early enough to get front row seats.  In fact, we got the same seats that we had for Wishbone Ash.  Kim Simmonds is an amazing guitar player and a great singer too.  When they announced that they were going to do a meet and greet afterwards I bought my husband a poster hoping the guys would sign it.  We were the first ones in line.  The drummer came out first and talked to Don for quite awhile and signed the poster.  The bass player signed it too.  Then out came Kim Simmonds.  Don told him he had been listening to him since 1969 when he was in the army in Germany.  Kim asked where he was stationed and when I told him Don always wanted to see him and that it was his birthday he wished him a happy one and signed his poster.  Needless to say it was a very Happy Birthday for my husband.

Thanks for the Marty Casey  version of Creep.  I had forgotten about Marty Casey and I am glad you reminded me.  I also really liked that show. Hope to see it again.
