Sirius XM Radio, Holly
Playing is “Santa Claus is coming to town”
by Springsteen. It was my sons favorite
Christmas song growing up BUT only
Bruces version. NO reaction when anyone
else sang it!! I’m crying now with nostalgia,
he is 27 years old! 🎼💜😂

DArtagnon on YouTube
We’re Going To Be Drinking - ft Candice Night (Blackmore’s Night)
Found these guys through Blackmore’s Night channel, as Candice Night is featured in one of their latest videos. They are a medieval folk rock band from Germany. Almost all of their songs are in German, but the music is so good, it doesn’t matter. They play a lot of different folk instruments, and have a great sound. They just released their 5th album. I’ve been working my way through songs on their channel, and loving their music! The European bands these days are just amazing!

Nostradamus (deluxe edition) - Judas Priest, 2008 album
This was their first and only concept album. With its symphonic elements, keyboards (ft Don Airey), and choirs, it was unlike anything they had in the catalog before or since. As symphonic metal is reaching larger audiences and gaining new fans, this album deserves to be revisited as it ranks with the best of them. It’s a magnificent work of art.
Love it! 💛

Boston Essentials on Apple Music
Another great playlist of songs by one of the best bands of the 70’s. Can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve listened to them. Will replay this more often! 💛 😸

Pink Beatles In A Purple Zeppelin - Arjen Anthony Lucassen
I first heard this song on Friday, which led me to the album below from whence it came. The song explains what the album is about. That is, the composer imagines in the future a time that all music will be computer generated based on your listening preferences. His were the four bands mentioned in the title above, and other classic rock artists like Bowie, Jethro Tull, BOC, and more. So he composed this entire album based on those influences, himself becoming the computer, as it were. He also includes a few covers on Disk 2. The guy is a musical genius if there ever was one. That’s him on vocals, keyboards, and all guitars.
The album is available on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube links below. It is an amazing 21st century classic rock album. Highly recommend if you love classic rock.
