Most people don't realize what a really great drummer Ringo is. All those Beatle's songs wouldn't have been the big hits that they were without his beat (drum beats help the rest keep in time).

Would love to win this for my wife whose favorite band of all times is The Beatles.

My wife loves to tell about seeing The Beatles in concert in Cincinnati during their very first US tour.  She would say "Beatles Forever."

My wife tried to see the Beatles in Sept. 1964 in Cleveland, OH and wrote Ringo a letter inviting him to dinner at her parents' house, but alas, he never answered. Public Auditorium was sold out.

My wife finally got to see The Beatles when they returned to Cleveland in 1966 and was one of the thousands who leapt over the seats at the stadium and stormed the stage in the middle of the baseball field.  When she tried to take a photo of them up close with her Brownie camera, the bottom fell out with the film reel and all the photos were lost forever...she really would love to have Ringo's photograph book!

I found Ringo Starr's picture on pages 2,14,18,22,42,64,84,94, & 96 in the October/November 2015 AARP Magazine. I've always enjoyed Beatles music and was able to see Ringo live a few years ago at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids MI.

I was very much a Beatles fan growing up and Ringo was my favorite!  I enjoyed reading the article about him and looking for all the little Ringo photos during my flight to Arizona.  I found him on pages:  11, 42, 62, 90, 12, 22, 78 and 92
