Hi Hank - Assuming you are more relaxed out on the water, do you ever come up with ideas or musical inspiration when you are fishing?

FOREVER ALWAYS

I wanted a man who was raised like me

A man who could enjoy the simple things.

A man who could hunt, fish and relax

A man who could actually swing an ax.

It may sound silly but a man’s man was needed.

So, after some thinking I finally conceded.

Yes, I did it. Online dating was next

Farmers Only dot come, please don’t be hexed.

We talked for hours and laughed even more

He had to tell me what happened after the corps.

He told me his story and I was surprised by his ease,

To tell me everything that happened below his knees.

This man is a retired Special Forces Marine.

He served his country since he was 18.

Retired and building a life after his missions

Congestive heart failure and now lots of physicians.

Returning home was the easiest part,

Wanting to live life took all of his heart.

I had to meet this man of absolute pure strength

I didn’t care about the legs or their length.

He couldn’t drive, so I picked up my date.

He opened my door and it felt so great.

His green eyes of kindness was all I could see

It made me proud to have him with me.

I knew right away I could fall quickly for him

But was I his type, I wasn’t fit and trim

He didn’t even care about my physique

He made me feel beautiful and so unique.

I ask for consideration and please let us win

I’d love for him to go fishing again.

His life took a turn and a really hard bump

And I’m trying my hardest to get him over the hump.

I love him dearly, He is my Forever Always

I am so thankful to God we met on that beautiful Sunday.

I know you would like to go fishing with a country boy that can skin a buck and run a trot line.

I had the pleasure of seeing Hank do a show in Milwaukee in the 70's. John Matusack  was his bouncer. I really was not a fan of Country Music, but Hank hit the stage and played steady for over two hours and it was the best Live Concert I have ever seen.

My question for Hank would be, do you still hang out with and go fishing with Kid Rock ?

I am entering this opportunity for my husband.  He is a huge Bocephus fan and a fishing nut!  This would be a wonderful time for him.  I'm not sure what question(s) he would ask him.  It probably would be about where he likes to fish, if he fished with his dad and about his music.  My husband is a man of few words, but I'm sure he would talk non-stop if he was fishing with Hank, Jr.
