Hello and welcome to the AARP Rewards for Good Community forum.

This is the place to post questions or share your experiences with the Rewards for Good program.  Chances are someone has a solution or can point you in the right direction.  If you find a solution that works, let others know and pass on your own tips and insights.

Getting started is easy.  Click here to view all the conversations happening in this forum or create your own topic by clicking Start a Topic.  Please note this forum is public along with all posts.

Important things to note:

  • Posting Private Information:  Please refrain from posting private information publicly. This includes credit card and social security numbers, membership account number, personal and email addresses, and phone numbers. If specific membership information is needed, please visit our Help forum where one of our AARP Help Concierges can assist you.
  • Subscriptions:  These let you get email updates whenever new content appears in an area of the community that you're interested in.  You can subscribe to a forum (e.g., Rewards for Good), individual thread (e.g., Re: Daily Deals, etc.. ) or a specific post (option in the right rail of the page as you reply). To turn on a subscription you’ll need to click on the “  “ (three dots or show options menu) that’s at the top of each forum category, thread or post.  Selecting the “subscribe” option turns it on.  Turning off subscriptions is done the same way. Follow the same steps as mentioned above, but note that your “subscription” option now reads “unsubscribe.”  Clicking on the unsubscribe link will turn off your subscription

Additional Tips:

  • Subject Field: Be sure to make your subject of your new topic clear and concise, as it’s the only part of the message that shows up on the message listing page.
  • Body Field: Be sure to include all necessary details.  You can choose to add links, photos, or videos to your message using the editing tools.
  • Tags: Adding tags to your message will help others identify what your post is about, possibly solving their question before it needs to be asked.

We want the community to be appropriate, friendly, informative, and fun for everyone.  Be sure to read the Community User Guidelines and our Terms of Service so that you know what to expect and what is expected of you.
